Welcome to Little Dunire Cottage, your spacious and luxurious home away from home in the heart of Scotland, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.
To offer you the best value, our standard pricing is structured around four guests sharing the two ground-floor rooms. This immediate saving means your holiday begins on a high note!
*Should your party require the use of the third bedroom upstairs, please make this known at the time of booking. A small additional charge of £40 per night will apply for the duration of your stay.
While our usual check-in day is Saturday, we strive to accommodate your individual needs. If another day suits you better, please get in touch. We generally have a five-night minimum stay policy, however, depending on availability and the season, shorter stays might be feasible. Please feel free to send us an enquiry.

The kitchen of Little Dunire is equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring a full-sized integrated fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a cooker, along with a handy microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining space, offering a cosy nook for you to savour your meals.
In the lounge are two spacious two-seater sofas and a comfortable armchair. Adding to the appeal of this space is a beautifully handcrafted Ash wood river coffee table. For those chillier evenings, light up the wood-burning stove for a cosy ambiance! Entertainment comes in the form of a flat-screen TV with FreeSat and a DVD player, complemented by a selection of DVDs.
For the Harry Potter enthusiasts among our guests, anticipate a magical surprise tucked away under the stairs!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The cottage features three bedrooms, each complemented by its own en suite facilities. The arrangement of the rooms is as follows:
DOWNSTAIRS
Room 1: A flexible room that houses a pair of single beds, which can be converted into a generous king-sized bed upon request.
Ensuite: Equipped with both a bath and a separate shower.
Room 2: A luxurious room showcasing a super king-sized bed, which can be transformed into twin beds if required.
Ensuite: This space features a spacious shower, perfect for refreshing and reviving after a day of exploration.
UPSTAIRS
Room 3: This cosy space offers a comfortable double bed, perfect for a peaceful night’s rest.
Ensuite: The attached bathroom boasts a large bath with an incorporated shower.
Please let us know when booking if you require the beds to be re configured, otherwise they will be made up as above

When the weather is on our side, you’ll find a secluded garden area – the perfect spot for a sun-soaked morning coffee amidst blooming flowers and with a view of the hills.

Our local area boasts 4G coverage on most networks, but to ensure your online needs are fully catered for, we provide complimentary WiFi throughout the house.
Little Dunire is perfectly situated to offer direct access to some of Scotland’s most spectacular hill walks, designed to cater to all levels of ability and aspiration. The local store is just a short walk away and is ready to supply all your necessities. You’ll also find a selection of delightful pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. For more shopping, dining, and pub options, the village of Ballachulish is located approximately 2 miles away.
The cottage serves as an idyllic base for outdoor enthusiasts, with a multitude of walks and activities to choose from (detailed local information available in the cottage). Whether you’ve spent the day pushing your limits or just chilling out, coming home to a snug fire is the perfect end to the day!
We operate a fair usage policy for electricity, including £100 worth of usage per week (proportionally adjusted for shorter stays). We take meter readings before and after each stay (photographically documented) to ensure accuracy. If your consumption significantly exceeds the inclusive allowance, we will contact you regarding any additional charges within 48 hours of your departure.
Please note, we do not currently facilitate the charging of electric vehicles, but there are several locations nearby; just ask us!

As per our terms and conditions, we accommodate up to 2 pets per stay, with a charge of £20 per pet.
